Liners weighing less than 150 lbs:

After placing an order, you will be given the option to either use FedEx or UPS to ship your items based on the rates available. You will still have the option to cancel your order after reviewing shipping rates.

A 1 week minimum delivery time is needed for liners weighing less than 150 lbs. Liners will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground and handling will be calculated using UPS or FedEx rates. You will be notified via e-mail (if available) or phone once your order has been picked up for delivery.

Liners weighing 150 lbs. or more:

Items that are 150 lbs. or more are shipped by motor freight.

Pondliners that are over 150 lbs. (must be shipped by a Freight Carrier. The Freight Carrier will go as close to your driveway as possible for the delivery. These trucks are very long (around 45') and not only will they need to be able to get to the delivery point but will also need to be able to turn around. The trucking company is not responsible for unloading your item or items. Someone must be present at time of delivery.

A minimum of 2 to 3 people is suggested depending on the weight of the item. If you are unsure of how much an item weighs please email us so we may give you an approximate weight. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we will help coordinate a delivery time. We will not be held responsible for any charges relating to labor stand-by charges, equipment rentals, time delay or any other charges that may be incurred with the delivery. We will not be held responsible for off loading your items or additional delivery charges due to inaccessibility to the ship to address. Any questions please contact us. The Freight Carrier will need your phone number so they can contact you for delivery day.

The motor freight company is required to deliver it to you safely without any damage. You as our valued customer, are required to report or inspect the merchandise and packaging material to look out for any possible damage. If there is any damage, it is your responsibility to note that on the delivery slip you sign at the time of delivery. Your signature means that you have received everything and in good condition.

What do you do if your merchandise is damaged?

  • Option#1 - Inspect your delivery while the motor freight representative is present.
  • Option#2 - Refuse delivery if the damage is obvious.
  • Option#3 - Accept the delivery but note any visible damage to the box and that the product is concealed but could still be damaged.

Refused Shipments: If you refuse your shipment or return the item(s) to us, you will be charged a 25% return and stocking fee plus ALL shipping and handling charges. If the item is not resellable, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
